• changed the mass of the ragdoll from 90 to 300
• there's now 6 different sizes available for all 5 models:
tiny (0.25x) mass: 20
small (0.5x) mass: 80
normal (1x) mass: 300
big (2x) mass: 2500
giant (4x) mass: 10000
huge (8x) mass: 80000

• Added body types Albino, Alpha, Matriarch, Savage
• Renamed toe bones to valve bone names
• Changed collision model of the hands a little
