Fixed French Polynesian Invasion

-He replaced all the Flags of the mod with a better template and he will make the flags for new countries as well (America will be implemented next).

-Added new Countries: Aland, French Guyana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, Republika Srpska, Reunion, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre Miquelon, Sapmi, Svalbard, Wallis & Futuna.
-Changed all country weight settings according to their Polulation-count but lowered some countries for the sake of variety.
