Added tier 2 and 3 energy katanas.

Added a wakizashi. Both weapons now add mobility to the soldier, katana gives +1 mobilty while wakizashi does +3 mobility. Wakizashi has less critical chance and damage than the katana.

Fixed another dupe bug, this time when you switch beetween the normal vanilla swords and the katana.
Added the katana its custom stats again.

Fixed bug where it duplicated itself when you reload the save several times. It works retroactive and will remove the extra entries on the menu. Its possible it will unequip it from the soldier.

Sword stats are now on the configuration file, so you can set the katana as strong or weak as you like. Defaults are still the same, but you can now edit the katana stats by editing the file XComGame.ini at (XCOMDirectory)\XComGame\Mods\KatanaMod\Config

Fixed the bug where the sword didnt appear in people inventories.
