- Added new silent and suppressed weapons to the default lists
- Added new list: suppressed.txt. These weapons are not completely silent, but make less noise.
- Added stealth_suppmultiplier to change the hearing range reduction for suppressed weapons.

- Fixed error when shooting a Half Life 2 weapon.

- Trying to shoot a weapon with an empty magazine will not alert enemies anymore.
- Reduced enemy sight angle.
- Added stealth_override, for overriding the relationship between the player and the NPCs included in settings list.
- Added stealth_backuptime and stealth_backuprange. Now enemies alert nearby npcs when they detect you.
