Fixes a bug related to the bleed perk of axes.. it was created sloppy so only effected vanilla axes, and not other axes that might be made through mods. This update makes all axes compatible with the bleed spell, as long as the axe has WeapTypeWarAxe as one of their keywords.. but it does not duplicate the spell on the vanilla axes.
I realized this would be a problem with DL content axes, and some axes made through my smithing mod.
