Highway connection fix for precise tunnel creation.

Updated more detailed mountain terrain elevation

Tropical map inspired by the nature of Canary Islands. Recommended to play with mod "Area Enabler" as you will need to connect hghway manually ingame as there is no way to create tunnels in map editor. I started with terrain heightmap of the map "Donegal" http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=544749654 created by Khanador. This map I found the best in here but I thought the map look gorgeous in tropical biome. So I completely recreated whole map and expandeded myself by more flat areas enabling you to create big city. I also recommend you to download New Caledonia Theme for best visuals seen on picture. This is my first Steam upload so I hope it works and show up correctly. Enjoy! The map is really nice and I think I won't be doing any other map anytime soon bcs of incredible amount of work it requires :)
