Addition of a farming agent in Rorikstead.. he will buy all items and you can also turn in wheat, gaurds, potatoes, leeks, cabbage if desired. He sells various food items that grow in the Rorikstead region in large quantity.

Bug fix for Orvara the wise woman in Ivarstead. She shouldn't wander too far from her hovel now. Also the addition of an anvil outside.
