New mods !!!

Roads fixed !
Made it a bit harder !

-Fixed the raceway (road there are still kinda buggy but i cant move them down)
-Removed the snowy sky ! Now it's crystal clear !
-Raised difficulty at Pandora's Wrath, Fallen Oracle and at Megaton
-Tweaked a bit loot tables

-Removed the stadium, was too buggy....
-Renamed " Atomic Stadium" in "Atomic Raceway"
-Removed "City pack" mod
-Removed 2 bugged buildings in megaton

-Added a new Location = The Atomic Stadium !
-Added 2 new mods : TKAirlines and Bacon strike weapon pack !
-Worked on Megaton
-Fixed few roads

-Started the work in Megaton ! (Loots and Zombs)
-Added loot in Pandora's Wrath
-Added a sublevel at SGV
-Worked on the loot table
