- Added ladder stack highlighting when ladder is in use range (develop
only).
- Replaced custom gravity detection with a simplier game method.
- Workaround for a menu-detection, it now blocks input in more menus
(still not all of them tho).

- Fixed for v01.153.
- Only in develop branch: input is now ignored when in terminal menus (waiting for a fix to be ignored in 90% of the menus, 100% of the menus is impossible anyway).

- Fixed an error when entering a cockpit while on a ladder or near one.

- Fixed compatibility with v01.146 but some features were damaged in the process, like:
. - Input is detected when in menus (except chat).
. - Placing ladders with other entities in its block space will be impossible even if it doesn't block the actual physical shape of the ladder.

- Improved network bandwidth usage, packets are now smaller.
