Added checks to reset SpeedLimit on existing RemoteControl cubes if AutoPilotLimit was lowered.

Update:
* Major changes to how this mod communicates between the Player and the Server.
If Server admins have already restarted their server after the Game update 3 hours ago they will need to do so again.

* Added the ability to change the missile speeds. Please see the description above.
* And a few minor fixes to displayed values.

Update: fixes to the alternate word checks.
I had to rearrange the word order for the alternate words because it gets confused between "LargeShipMaxSpeed" "LargeShipSpeed" "LargeShip" "Large".

This caused it to be confused with the following value and always displayed the message "Maximum Speeds can only be set from 1 to 150,000,000."
