+ Added a new congenital trait called Meager (Opposite of Well Endowed)
+ Added a new personality trait called Sociopath, attained in ruler designer or through bad parenting (events).
+ Added a new personality trait called Psychopath, attained in ruler designer or at birth.

+ Added new "background" traits that are added to the player/ai if certain conditions are met (also addable in ruler designer) These include:

War Veteran
Thief
Missionary
