Improved support for Modern Warfare 2459720887. Fixed crosshair bug where the Modern Wareface crosshair would suddenly appear after applying an attachment, when you instead only wanted this crosshair addon to show.

Made text in the menu white so that it works better with dark gui skins.

Added in detection for addons which disable the default Garry's Mod crosshair + auto disable the disable option from Simple Third Person.
Better compatibility with weapon packs for hiding their own crosshair + hiding ours during aim down sights. (Modern Warfare Weapons + PWB 2)

+ Rotate circle crosshair
+ Outline for circle crosshair
+ Fixed hide ADS toggle option
+ Added crosshair menu open button to context menu (c)
+ Added offset options for line and circle crosshairs
+ Made UI text bold so it's easier to read - I think some GMod update stopped SetDark working, as the menu was a lot harder to read than I remember.
