Updated for patch 1.4

Added the option to detect and remove vehicles which owners are confused automatically.

Perhaps I updated this mod for Snowfall.

Added options not to automatically remove vehicles but to allow the user to still select a vehicle and say remove.
スタックした乗り物を自動では除去せず、手動での除去のみにするオプションを追加しました。設定はオプションパネルからどうぞ。

New Feature! This mod can manually remove parked vehicles. There is no knowing who will gain.
駐車中の車を除去できるようにしました。誰得。

Multi-language support. I added Japanese translation.
多言語対応しました。といっても英語と日本語だけですが。
