Update to v0.03 "Gameplay balance" (CT side boost).

-Fixed all previous walls which had nodraw in visible area (accidently left a few ones, those will be patched on next update).
-Helicopter's reflection was added to fountain.
-CT spawn was slightly moved for CT's advantage.
-Upper part of the map was seperated by market.
-Storage room was made smaller, so it would be easier for CTs to take 2nd hostage.
-Helicopter's collision boxes were fixed.
-A fence was added near CT vertical mid to give some cover.
-Two book shelves were removed in trying to fix for some players fps drops near library.
-Radar has been updated.

Update to v0.02 (visual and tactical fixes)

-Walls lined up, so nodraw texture wouldn't be visible.
-Helicopter's hitboxes were adjusted more accurately.
-Pillars with arches were added in the entrance of library and outside between 2 areas of palace.
-Adjusted the size of the market near library, in order to give Terrorists some time to take a positions despite their spawn points.
-3 boxes were added near garage to give CTs some cover.
-CT's ant T's spawns were slightly changed to compensate for minor layout changes.
-T spawn was moved a bit closer to drop hole in order to make drop hole more often used for ECOs or force buys.
-Unused places were sealed off.
-For CTs second entrance to library (under the wall where helicopter crashed) was made easier to pass through.
-Radar updated.
