Re-added the Interstellar board to the table.

Thanks much to Tokmor for implementing all of these changes!
- Changed all the rockets and bernals to "figurines" so that they self right if they are knocked over
- Changed all the non WT discs to generic so they don't accidentally group up if box selected and g is pressed
- Added snap points to (hopefully) every spot on the map
- Added a 5th player mat on the side of the table
- Moved the patent decks to the edge of the table because I found it pretty hard to slide cards under the deck in their original position
- Created a custom D6 with a crash icon on the 1 face

Changed rocket models to a pastebin upload due to the author's dropbox account being locked out due to activity.
