- Fixed missing textures on Muton Elite and Chryssalid Soldier

- Fix for Advent Gunner 3 appearing way too early.
- Adjusted spawnweights so our later guys appear more often
- Set up individually configurable damage lines for three types of Gunner, Naja and Sidewinder weapons
- Moved Weapon Config to proper GameData_WeaponData file
- Removed Suppression exclusion from ReadyForAnything, but left Disorient exclusion, so it triggers the same as overwatch

-Fixed CTD when Superheavy MEC Repair Servos fires when MEC hit by overwatch fire
-Fixed vanilla issue that can cause CTD when Chryssalid poisons an inanimate object (like an object XCOM is protecting). This won't fix tactical saves in which this CTD is about to occur, only removes the conditions that can create it in the future.
-Added missing vultureloot entries for mutons
-Slightly delayed introduction of ADVENT Sentry, ADVENT Rocketeer, ADVENT Gunner
