First Major Update: Ported the Slowscoper and Quickscoper from Blaze's Quickscoper SWEP Pack and replaced/added new "Reactions". New Sniper Model, and "draw" noises when you pull out the SWEP. If there any bugs, please tell me via comment. I will try to get back to you ASAP.
