Added the custom Alt Helm !!! 2974 Triangles, replete with it's own maps and textures! Yay project completion!

Initial upload of the Ocilla Mag skin ( I mistakenly thought there were no helmets on skins due to an ingame bug ! So no helmet was developed for this skin.
