I have added back in pop-cap numbers for AFVs. This dramatically reduce crash occurrences.
Tweaked cost & pop of 20mm Flak.
Limited IR HT as the AI spams them.

Adjusted order of units in the Axis MG concrete bunker.
Added the Build Emplacement upgrade to auto fire on tier1->2 transition to aid AI.
Added some new portraits for Axis driving crews. Also added some new icons for Axis to make things clearer & more uniform.
