trailer fix and various other fixes including damage sensation

removed winch unhooked as addon on the diesel and diesel 2 due to cdt collision issues

fixed string file, added alt unhooked winch as an addon option

removed stinger bars as addon due to them moving after update

new gearboxes botched uneffective attempt at fix to jelly stingers. nees lots of work now.

removed transport trailer as addon option.

added new transport trailer with moving ramp
