Small update.
- Silver Shield exchange should work now
- Vanilla shields should be visible when equiped by Sir Dan

-Fixed the Zarok's Trident trigger - you can no longer pick up the Trident before beating the final boss
-Fixed a visual bug for "broken gears" in Hilltop Mausoleum - no longer shows "good gears", after just removing the broken ones
-Fixed small bug with Trivia Notes - correctly disables the spinning "notes" from the skeleton hand on note pick up

-Cursed Tree quest (burn the tree) - should work properly and give "powerful soul" to the player depending on if he has Chalice of Souls or not.
-Healing Fountain - should no longer put the player in permanent "dizzy" state
-Witch Tree (with Cursed Club) - fixed collision
-Small fixes to Executioner area
