* Now refresh all heroes abilities when health go lower than 50% of his max pool (trigger only once per level)

* Fixed Roshan target disconnected players in Phase 2
* Fixed Phase 3 Roshan would ignore any stuns after the second respawn (now tenacity stacks for each deaths, making roshan less stunned the higher level he is)
