Added "$nodecal" "1" lines in the eye .vmt files so Mario won't have blood splattered on his eyes if you hit him.

I made changes to the facial expressions. Previous version had inappropriate expressions (like he smiles when he gets hit or is shooting rather than scowling). This version attempts to fix those. Also changed materials to make it a little more interesting.
