* Enabled chat commands again to open/close lanes:
* -openlane_1, up to 8 (or -ol_1, up to 8)
* -closelane_1, up to 8 (or -cl_1, up to 8)
* -openlane_all or ol_all
* -closelane_all or cl_all

Bugfixes:
* Fixed Doom's losing stolen abilities when he devour a creep without abilities
* Fixed endless teleport sound when being teleported to special events
