Emergency 7.22 bugfix patch

# General
* Ramero: Reduced base armor from 10 to 0
* Ramero: Reduced health from 100000 to 75000

# Heroes
* Juggernaut: Reduced level 20 ability Primal Split spirits armor from 500 to 100

# Bugfixes
* Farm Event: Fixed creeps max health reduced when attacking for the first time
* Farm Event: Fixed creep spawns, lifesteal and many hero abilities ignoring armor

* Fixed Dryad Trueshot Aura giving % damage instead of flat value
* Russian and Chinese translations are no longer working, should be fixed in few days! (moving to a semi-automated translation system, more info soon)
