Very important patch:
- I moved and deleted some buildings in the city of paposs for better performance
- You can edit the loottables for your server and costume gamemodes now
- Navigation rework
- Strange flying NPCs (almost?) removed
- Some small changes

First fix of the Summer 2021 update
- dusk-ambient light darker
- some ladders fixed
- flying roads fixed
- wrong notes fixed
- bug with zombiespawns on the roof of Maibenrand-Mall fixed
- "Alexandr Kostin" - bug fixed (a Carpat NPC that was flying in the air lying on the floor in Paposs)
