fix the pickable objects for realism mode

Just changed a door I forgot...

This update changes a lot the map:

-Achievements in game.
-Several bugs fixed
-A better ambientation
-New melee weapons
-New items locations and dynamic spawns to make them change it places every time you play.
-Added the "holdout mutation" system which let you pickup some objects (for puzzle stuff)
-A new "code system" for puzzles involving computers or keypads. Say goodbye to the tiny weird keys, now you open the chat in game and put the passwords in there.
