Adjusted the view of the beginning of the level and the background of the entire level.
Adjusted the fog effects to be compatible with the Toki Tori 2+ update from 2016.
Slightly extended the range of terrain outside the playable part of the level.
Narrowed visibility of the bottommost tiles in the level.
