Limited stacking of items to ore, ingots, components, and ammo. This should stop making items seem to randomly disappear and reappear.

Removed reference to Sandbox.Common.ObjectBuilders.MyObjectBuilder_PhysicalObject.CanStack in CanStack method as it is no longer allowed in scripts. Replaced with "true".
