Balance fixes:
1. change the starting gold from 1200 to 1700.
2. the drop rate of ability scrolls now use dynamic drop rate.
3. the time of restricting fighting area are changed
3.1 5v5 from 15/25 minutes to 25/30.
3.2 2x5 from 12/18/24 to 20/25/30.
3.3 1x10 from 10/15/20 to 15/20/25.
