Fixed a bug where bad things would happen if you tried to split immediately after spawning.

+ You can now spread your units out more while splitting by casting the split ability again during the delay.

While splitting, you can now tap the split button again to space your units out more.
Dr. X: Hookshot damage from 80 to 60, Missile Swarm damage/missile from 75 to 60.
Ov: Dimensional Bind duration from 8 to 5, Crippling Gravity now reduces attack speed instead of disarming.
Various other minor tweaks.
