Did a quick modification to allow telespawning to work properly:

The United factory (Fenton Drive Beacon) now consumes 10 R packets per second. This will consume R within factory ships or stations, allowing non-factory player ships to deliver collected R to the same factory (as per othe factions). As a factory ship, if the player wants to reduce R loss they will need to build positive-photosynth blocks (Solar Foil),

The teleporter block (Fenton Drive) now also consumes 2 R packets per second. If you have a teleporter on a non-factory ship, you will lose collected R over time. This is to bake in opportunistic, hit-and-run tactics for teleporting ships - jump to your station and back whenever you find a decent haul of R.

structural blocks (Bulkheads) now carry 10% of their max HP worth of R, down from 50%. This is to encourage scale in ships, and encourages layered rather than bunched shield placement.

First update. Still a hidden mod, while i wrestle with getting Telespawn to work properly. Right now it just spawns the ships in for free (doesn't cost the factory any R), and friendly vessels spam it mercilessly.

Added an AoE shotgun-style weapon that does best against unshielded targets, a short-ranged, high velocity and high AoE point defence gun for taking out volleys of missiles, and a stackable 'solar foil' piece that slowly generates both power and R.
