-replaced the pistol in cell block with another taser
-added 2 additional pistols in the outside area, and 1 in the kitchen freezer.
-added some more lights around the pathways
-armory door now opens faster for cts on the outside of the armory
-added an he grenade in 2 cells.

Overall, the map should be slightly easier for the CTs in cell block, and easier for the Ts outside of cell block if the Cts cannot control them.
