UPDATE 3 (9/12/2015)
Added: Tree pencil! Hold left mouse button pressed and move mouse in single tree mode. It's handy for painting lines of trees or filling tighter areas like roundabouts.

UPDATE 2 (9/7/2015)
Fixed: This mod is now compatible with any mod that adds a toolbar icon, which makes it compatible with Favorite Cims and Cimtographer now.

UPDATE 1 (8/24/2015)
Added: in-game water tool. It's available via its own toolbar button. By manual editing of 'Water Capacity' field and pressing Enter after that it's possible to set the value as small as 0.0001(will be displayed as 0.00 though).
Changed: decreased minimum brush size from 50 to 30
