It is not tradeable and can't be taken out of your inventory.

* Added real fences
* Added a electrical PreservingBin
* changed all additional electrical structures to prevent not working bugs (can't be activated manually or through keypad)

* Added half version of walls (Wood is currently bugged, use:
"cheat giveitem "Blueprint'/Game/PrimalEarth/CoreBlueprints/Items/Structures/Wooden/PrimalItemStructure_WoodWall_Half.PrimalItemStructure_WoodWall_Half'" 1 0 true" to get a blueprint)
* Added better roof version of ramps
* Roofes and ramps don't need a foundation until pillars work right for them.
* Crop plots can be placed everywhere now.
