Fixed:
- Infinite ammo on the hl1 weapons and hl2 weapons ( ar & smg secondary )

- DamageMultiplier now works like it should

- "No SpawnWeapons" option has been added ( let people spawn with no weapons )

- fixed the damagemultiplier slider
- fixed a weapon info tab error when it was selected before the other tab
- ewa is now compatible with the TFA base
