- Removed MSG board (it doesn't show messages yet so it's kind of pointless)

- Removed spawnlist (it was causing issues for some people)
- Did not add new spawnlist (it would probably cause issues for some people)
- Added CHP light bar (now that nobody plays this game anymore) (also no photon, I'll probably get yelled at anyways)
