Happy New Year's, everybody! :^)

I'd like to start this year off with an update to the Prosnorkulus mod, which comes loaded with the following features:

- Skull bashing should now trigger the slomo state.
- The slomo effect should stack properly now (and can be extended by keeping a combo of triggers going... more on this in a sec.)
- Custom console commands!

- Skull Bashing -

This has been a feature that others and I have wanted for a while now. Slomo should now trigger when you bash someone's skull in with a blunt weapon.

- Slomo Effect Stacking -

At the moment, this is nothing impressive: all it means is that, if you trigger the slomo state while already in it, the time the state lasts will extend appropriately. What's exciting, though, is the possibility of exploring different outcomes of stacking the slomo state (e.g. what if there were layers to it, and the deeper you go, the slower time gets? Or, the more knockback is added to ragdolls?) The sillier, the better!

- Custom Console Commands -

Finally, this update comes with some basic console commands specific to the Prosnorkulus mod that should give it some configurability. Note that these are only usable if you're an admin on a hosting server. Here's a list:

prosnork_slomo_duration (float x): Use this command to adjust however long you want the slomo state to last in seconds. Default = 3.75 | Example: "prosnork_slomo_duration 1"

prosnork_slomo_factor (float x): Use this command to adjust the factor by which time dilates (lower = slower, higher = faster). Default = 0.15 | Example: "prosnork_slomo_factor 0.01"

prosnork_reset_default: Use this command to reset all of the mod's properties to default.

prosnork_stop_slomo: Use this command to force the server out of the slomo state (in case you're in for a long wait.)

- Future Plans -

Eventually, I would like to get the following progress done:

- Add more slomo event triggers (A ballista spear to the face? A catapult wiping out a shit-ton of people? A metric cluster-fuck of screaming, flame-engulfed players coalescing into a singularity?)
- Add different themes to the mod (For example, it's been suggested that the slomo background SFX could be more metal, that the enter/exit slomo sounds are a bit weak, etc.)

Anyways, that's about it for this update. Bugs? Features? Feedback? Let me know what you guys think!

Update: 25 Aug, 2016 @ 10:19am

I'll consider this a stable, initial build.

Planned changes:

- Trigger slomo if...
- somebody's head explodes
- at least 3 people go up in flames within a certain radius

- Have a less annoying intro/outro sound for slomo state (or at least have it such that these sounds don't play while the state is triggered again while it's already active)
