- Fixed raptor elites name not being correct. Couple other minor fixes.
- Added alpha dilo rare spawn.

- Rare spawns will now despawn after 10 minutes of not attacking anything.
- Raptor Elite has been restrict to a maximum of 3 alive in the world at any time. This should help prevent them from taking over an area of the map on lower population servers.
