New Feature:

You can use your secondary attack to throw the ice knife.
Players will be frozen and take aditional 12HP Damage.

The knife will be destoyed on impact, regardless of the uses left.

Adjusted:

Weapon class name renamed from weapon_ttt_freezer to weapon_ttt_ice_knife.

-You can't freeze spectators now.

I did some changes and fixes for the Ice Knife:

-The range is now a bit higher then before.
-You can hit your target now without any problems.

"FREEZE THIS PLAYER" will now only appear if you close enough to your target.
