k i finally and ACTUALLY fixed the stupid helicopter just hovering to death... by changing it to a blackfoot... >:-( the dumbass hellcat would simply never attack when spawned but the first time i try a blackfoot, gd. anyways, independents got three more soldiers added to spawn, and now youll have air support. sfbhatreasai.. rabble rabble rabble

still getting better @2am. slightly reduced overall pops for both sides, and increased the opfor spawn times a tad.

more optimizing pop count and distributions and waypoints. runs a bit smoother. I also added some crucial buildings between the two sides so they both must advance a ways in order to even see eachother. its much easier to get into the bases as a result.

moer timing balance tweaks, fixed ally chopper from hovering and not hunting

huge balance tweaks. gave independents a chopper every once in a while, and altered the reinforcements rates for everyone. fixed strider spawning on top of eachother and exploding. minor optimization for fps by reducing smoke particle count.
