-Stability Indicator fixed; No longer shows multiple smaller indicators extending from it.

-Various FIxes, most noteably a background where I didn't change the blue banners to grey

-Thumbnail image change.

-Blue banners changed to grey (Better UI 2.3 users need to re-download the zip file for compatibility)
-A red button I missed has now been changed to match the declare war/sue for peace button.

-Nation designer buttons are now changed to match the other buttons
- Added the grey background to the idea select portion of designer, which I missed originally.
- New Message Flash has now been changed to match the rest of the UI

-Re-centered Frontend Center button to be aligned with rest of frontend UI.
*Note: Better UI 2.3 users this does not affect your end, I included a compatible centering file into the compatibility patch.
