Updated for compatability issues with the After Dark update.
Regraded all land mass to solve random house flooding bugs. (may or may not have fixed it as the bug is not predictably reproducible.)

Added an update to the water currents to make waste management much easier. One small sand fix (aethestic only).

Updated boat pathing in a tile on the outside edge where the boats were traveling through unrealistically shallow water for an ocean liner.
Slightly adjusted a small sand patch to be more realistic.

If you use the terraform tool or aren't super picky there isn't any real need to update.
