-added Rogue as Coda (no sounds, because she doesn't have any yet)
-Y.V. inspired interface
-improved Y.V. (less blinky)
-added and adjusted a bunch of sounds
-new and improved bestiary icons and loading screen... again

-added Chicken as Player 2 (until I unlock more characters and she can take a normal slot)
