ScreenFX Changelog:
• ScreenFX for rain
• ScreenFX for cat attacks
• ScreenFX for dead npc's
• ScreenFX lens effect when standing near Fire
• preload for textures added
• new blood textures (created with brushes from : brusheezy[www.brusheezy.com] )
• you can change textures via mods.ini
• blood decal scaling is randomized
• a bunch of new console commands
