* Fixed Zeus Arc Lightning not dealing damage

* Attempt to fix Picking Screen not showing heroes if you disconnect and reconnect (again)
* Fixed Brewmaster's Drunken Brawler granted 100% evasion and criticals
* Fixed Tidehunter's Kraken Shell not blocking damage
* Fixed Tidehunter's Anchor Smash not reducing enemies damage
