Audio quality reduced because it was taking massive amount of memory. Next update will have mp3 files instead of wav to reduce the memory usage and still good quality

- Fixed in the air vent a nodraw texture that was exposing the whole underground area that you could abuse.
- Fixed floating props.

- New area with Black and Yellow and a spot for a upcoming SURF
- Black And yellow has an damage mode and teleport mode.
- added to all games, banners.
- Added a way for a maybe upcoming extra area for the future - Update 12-3-2016: No extra area just used for decoration now!
- Probely more but forgot :P
