[v1.8.3]

-Removed duelies tracers because only came from right side

-Removed dot sprite on combine pistol wasn't centered

-Increased speed of Combine RPG projectile

I might re add some of these features and update this pack more now that I'm back on Gmod. I appreciate everyone that's stuck around and still reported some stuff despite my comments.
