Removed the Factory block off one of F2 asteroid installation as there was a bug that makes you spawn inside the asteroids, this should be addressed by Arthur someday.

Also if you have any saves of Faction 2 before this update and have used the Anchor Command Center please regenerate your world.

Changed the anchor blocks into command modules that reassemble themselves into buildings and structures when planted on an asteroids...
