Part 1 of rebuild.

Welded directly from blueprint and then modified. This means some things may not have constructed property and needs full-retesting. Quick testing with mining done.

Now using only medium cargo containers. This cause minor re-piping of connections to drills.

This also caused a moved reactor to reactor.

Planned: replace most heavy armor with light armor except for:
Drill platform
Protective ring

Automatic LCDs script
'Display' hidden area with camera
Antenna contains dynamic problem report (no beacons)
rough-in for autopilot


Code is very rough at this point
